I've read some post about people who either, added resonators, eliminated the stock resonator or replaced the stock resonator with aftermarkets to tame down their 3" Thermal exhaust. Seems like Vibrant is the way to go. I like the way my 3" Thermal sounds, for the most part, but it "is" a bit loud. Especially on cold start ups. So I would like to do something to tone it down just a bit and maybe lose some of the raspiness. I'd prefer not to spend a ton of cash to get it done but, it is what it is. What do y'all think is the best way to achieve this? For instance, add a couple bottle-style resonators between the DP's and stock resonator, replace the stock resonator with them, add them after the stock resonator, etc. I know some have even replaced the mufflers but I don't want to go that far unless it's ultimately necessary. I just want to tone it down a little bit so it's not so loud. Thanks!
