Hello, first post, long-time owner of 2016 Explorer Sport.

I recently purchased a 2025 Vapor Blue ST and am underwhelmed by the exhaust, as many are. I am having a difficult time deciding between polished and black tips, and photos have been hard to come by when on a Vapor Blue. I would appreciate photos of each, specifically Thermal R&D.

Thanks!

It depends if you want the blacked out look in the back, or the shiny polished effect. Rear Clean.jpg

Thanks for the photo - beautiful! Yes, I'm trying to decide what I like best. I've always been a fan of polished tips, but the rest of the vehicle has the black-out options. A question of making the tip stand out or blend in.

Ah! I am currently going through the very same dilemma, except my 2025 ST is rapid red.

I went with black tips on my Thermal as my wheels and badges are black.

I know the rest of the vehicle is blacked out, but i've always liked coming up on a ST and seeing nicely polished exhaust tips.

I think the black tips tie in better with the trim being black around it. You still get the pop of the polished mufflers behind them.
