Need some advice with lighting.

I have a 2021 Interceptor utility. Where the fog light go there are clear lenses. I think they are white strobe light. Is there anyone out there that has worked at a place the upfits all the poolices lights etc. I would like to use them or replace with fog lamps. Thanks.
