I have had my later build 2020 for a couple years now and really no problems. It is getting close to 90K. It did have a catalytic converter replaced right before I got it. I do see where sometime in the future the flex connections on the exhaust will need to be replaced as i see a hint of black soot (doesn't look very difficult), but they are not near bad enough to replace yet. I did have the rear hatch window replaced because the defroster grid was peeling off of the window. I've read this is a sporadic problem with 2020 and 2021 models. And the stupid tire pressure sensors all went dead around the 5 year mark, which is common. Otherwise everything works perfect and I have not seen any records or evidence other work has been done. Even still have the original FADA that other say can be a problem.
One feature the 2020 had that later years didn't is the heated windshield for the windshield wipers. If looking at a 2020, would definitely get a later build versus early as it sounds like early builds had a lot of problems. I believe Ford started building the 2020 pretty early in the year, like in April of 2019.
