Need some advice on what to look for on a used 20-21 ST

I've had problems with almost all mechanical and electronic powertrain components. That includes transmission, fuel pump, CV boots, catalytic converter, transfer case, differential, speed sensors, AWD module, FADA, etc. mostly in the first 4 years. All were covered under either factory or extended warranty. I have almost 72K miles now and the engine is a gem and has had zero problems. On 12/4/26 the warranty expires and I will trade it in before that date. I do not want to be stuck with expensive major repairs.
