Sync 3 Issue?

Need some help here please, I have a 2021 ST. I installed the For App on my phone


(Previously FordPass) When I tried to link the vehicle to the phone it only partially worked.


It would show the vehicle in the app (the tire pressure, fuel level and vehicle location) It would


NOT however lock, unlock or start the vehicle. Everything I saw online said to delete the app


and the vehicle and start from scratch. I tried this and it has never connected to again at all.


Everything else on the vehicle works perfectly, its updates and communicates with Ford and has


even done updates (yes, the vehicle has the most recent Sync 3 Version - 3.4.23188


Anybody have any ideas? Ford Dealer wants $200 just to look at it...

I have a 2021 but haven’t experienced this issue. Would it help to reboot the Sync 3 (hold power and fast forward until the screen turns off)?

Yeah, I have tried that a few times. ha-ha, I am Davidson County as well...

Been having problems with the app on my parent's Fusion. Worked fine 9 days ago but hasn't been able to connect since. Haven't tried the remote features such as locking/unlocking yet. Vehicle location will not work either. Was wondering if it was a problem on Ford's end.
