New member. I have used forscan for some time to check and clear codes but not for configurations. I have the latest version of Forscan and a recommended USB dongle.
I am now trying to configure the low tire setting in the TSP monitor section. I have watched several videos and there screens of Forscan show two lines for modules, one that says as built and one below that just shows the module. When they go to expand the module contents they use the second one not the as built. If I try to expand the as built I only get things like 7b7-01-01 and no contents. My question is how do I get those second choices. I assume that those second lines are what some have meant when they say use the English version not the as built.
Second question is that some videos say use the search function that they show on the bottom of the screen, I don't have a search bar.
I hope I am not starting something that has already been dealt with in this forum but my searches did not get results.

The section with the numbers only is the core module data. The section that is in text with drop down menus is a sort of "translated" version of the as_built data that ForScan prepopulates. Not every vehicle will have this for every module. Usually as forscan updates, this may change.

When a vehicle is new, you only have the core module data, so based on research you would go into the programming and change one bit of data. For instance you would change one bit of 724-01-01-A809-F400-xxxx to activate/deactivate something. This is what the spreadsheets are good for.

As more time goes on, and more research is done, ForSCan updates will create the other menu that gives you prepopulated drop downs that you can select.

Make sense?
