Headlight uv coating?

I had vinyl tint wrapped my side markers on my headlights at one point and now decided to take them off but it looks like it took some of the uv coating on headlight off.

Anyone have any idea how to fix the uv coating? Do I need to find a uv coating spray or what? Or if I just leave them will they be fine or will it eventually all peel/chip off and turn my headlights yellow and hazy?

I'm at a loss right now...

I used to use Plexus for clear plastic. Offered excellent protection. Needs to be applied 3 or 4 times a year.

Just an update for anyone else that may come across the same issue. I took my vehicle to a body shop and they sanded the headlights down and resprayed the uv coating on the headlights. Looks good as new, maybe even better

Quick question, two years later, are they still clear? If not, how long did that body shop treatment last?
Thank you

About a year later I ended up finding some euro style headlights and switched them out so I don't really know how they would have held up, however, the coating did still look good a year later. Pic of euro headlight.
