Guilty on all three counts.

They signed statements saying they had not done those types of things. He lied. That’s a big deal.
For sure. If he lied I am sure it will be addressed. I did not follow any of the jury selection process, so I cannot comment. But it would still only take one juror to refuse to go along.

Anyone see the juror in the news today? Old pics of him at some rally or something with a “get your knee off my neck” and BLM shirt. Unbiased...ooookkkkaaayyyyy
Yea sickening. That’s the article I posted a few comments ago. Regardless of guilt or not, he was IRS’d. Guilty from the start. Not saying he wasn’t guilty but a fair trial? No way.

So you can assume intent through the wearing of a sweater, but you cannot see intent in a video or two or ten?
A jury decision of guilty requires all the jurors to agree on guilty. It would only take one juror to cause a mistrial or hung jury. I would hope that each of counsellors would have assured the jury contained at least one or two individuals with the courage to let their character guide their decision.
You make a good point about just needing one juror with courage to make the right decision. However, that’s a lot of pressure knowing the result of a not guilty verdict. Can you imagine being the one person to say not guilty? You would be in fear for your life forever and you would have the burden of billions more in property damage and loss of more life on your shoulders. I know the comment will be that the jurors identities would not be released but don’t think for one second it wouldn’t be found out. Jurors know this. Their not dumb. The real travesty is Maxine Waters and all the other clowns injecting their will knowing they are influencing the outcome. She should be arrested.

Hi,

Difficult topic for sure. I am a Canadian, so I may have a different perspective than others and I appreciate that. And I am not a police officer, nor a criminal.

I actually recorded the trial and watched most of it after work. My wife sat beside me and watched a fair share of it too. We listened to all the expert testimony, from both sides (very few experts for the defence) and we both came to the same conclusion. Mr. Chauvin obviously used unnecessary and excessive force on Mr. Floyd. We could not figure out what the end game was going to be other than punishing the suspect. When your fellow officers note first when the suspect went unconscious, then when he stopped breathing, and finally when he did not have a pulse you would let up on holding the suspect down. I think they continued to hold him down for four minutes after he went unconscious. Did they think the unconscious, unbreathing, pulseless guy was going to float away?

Cause of death will continue to be a discussion point for years to come, but I do not think Mr. Floyd would have died if he had just got in the car, nor would he have died if the three officers had not prevented him from breathing.

Just my perspective and I send everyone in the US best dental implants Albania wishes from the Great White North.

Cheers,

Ron

Wow, I never saw this post til now 4 years later . Floyd had swallowed a baggie of drugs when the police showed up . Yea they knew who he was and all that . First off like Unbroken said it was the press who pushed this whole thing to turn it into a race thing ! The cop was done with all the news people constantly showing PARTS of the video!!! They will cut the video to show parts they want u to see . They can work people into a frenzy and they were . They didnt let the cop use alot of evidence and other things he tried to enter into the case and was denied! The press didnt say a word about his cause of death , which was he over dosed! Plus that is how they were taught to hild someone downwith the knee on the shoulder blade! So if ut was wrong it should have been in the people who were training the cops !! He us still in jail and there has beensmall talk about him being released from jail. But im sure the politicians are afraid of the black people rioting again !! Its sad when the truth just can not be used ! Unbroken mentioned fighting someone on meth , it is like giving the person a superpower ! A friend was on a detail at a football stadium and him and his partner were walking around the stadium and saw a guy on the 3rd floor of the walk way in the stadium , he jumps off and hits the concrete ground and snaps both legs in half between his knee and ankles.. They start running over and he jumps up and runs straight at them on his broken legs , so they were like holy crap, pulled out their clubs and just put them to him and he wouldnt stop. They finally get him on a stretcher and he was face down for some reason and juat kept smashing his face into the metal stretcher. He broke his nose several times and knocked most of his teeth out and wouldnt stop.... they finally got a sedative in him .. When they r on that shit they are dangerous.. but unfortantly the cop didnt cause the death of this guy but the black community wanted that guy to go to jail so he did !!!!
