What version is the Android OS in your systems? I'm currently going through some connectivity issues and I think mine is stuck on an old version. Mine is version 12 with a security update from August 5, 2024. It looks like Android is up to 15 but I have no idea where mine should be to actually be current.

The Android version on these (and TV’s and other things) have nothing to do with the current phone/tablet version of Android. My 25ST (job 1 bought in May) has the same version as yours with a May 5, 2024 security patch level. The build number is V1.1.3.1-A45.

And the only upgrades it’s done overnight were for a few modules. No upgrades to the Android version.

Yeah I realize that. I'm referring to Android Automotive OS being at version 15 but I still have no idea of hardware compatibility.

Have you had any issues with losing connectivity? Mine went a couple days where it would not connect to any networks, onboard 5g or external wifi, and no amount of hard/soft resets would fix it. I pulled the negative from the battery for a few minutes to get it going. I did a lot of searching and it sounded like a common problem that was resolved in a February 2025 security patch that I still can't get now that I'm connected again. I talked to their OTA department and found there's a bug in the automated settings if you set it to Any Day or 12 noon or midnight. He told me to wait a few days to let it cycle and sort itself out. So I'm just curious what version other people are up to now.

I have not had any connectivity issues, but the first of the 3 updates I got was for the TCU and said it was to fix connectivity and location service issues. If I remember correctly that update happened about 2 weeks after I bought the car. A week or 2 later there was an update for another module. Last module update I got was for the PCM.

Not sure why the TCU update took a few weeks after purchase to show up and install. It came out in February. Your dealer should be able to update it with FDRS. Or you could if you bought an interface cable and the 2 day license, not exactly a cheap option when the cable is $575.
