Very disappointed in the changes from Sync (2021 Platinum) to Ford Digital Experience (2025 ST) overall, notably to more limiting speed/tach display options.

However, one of the biggest issues is a very simple one. I use a USB stick to play MP3s via the system. The 2021 had no issue interrupting the music for voice functions and then resuming the audio smoothly. The 2025 often does NOT resume music or does so with skipping for 3-6 seconds before smooth playback is resumed. I cannot find anything to address this issue. Resetting the system has not helped.

The system ought to be able to play MP3 smoothly. Pretty simple stuff...

Thanks for the information. My ST was an August 2025 build, and appears to be fully up-to-date. There are no pending updates. MP3 playback issue continues sporadically.

I was having issues with my usb drive on my ST-Line - however, when I formatted it with FAT32 then copied my mp3 files back it has been working well. Prior to that it would work then state the usb wasn't recognized or something like that.
