Help with Forscan

Hi I have a 23 explorer st. I keep getting the message ''unable to identify the vehicle''? I purchased the explorer used with 26k on it. I had since been in contact with the dealer for service and had also asked them if they could look into weather or not the truck had been tuned or not? The previous owner had installed axel back mufflers but as far as i can see that was it. I'm am using the OBDlink EX wired cable to connect to my windows laptop. The Forscan Version is (v2.3.70). I wonder if i need to use the v2.4.22 version? From my research it seems like that supports newer MY vehicles?

You have an extended license? If so, contact Forscan support with your VIN# and the error message. Your vehicle is not new so should be supported.

Does it say “input module is #) or something like that?
