There is nothing in that article to suggest it's a 3-bolt vs 4-bolt subframe issue. It specifically affects "ride height, handling and braking". None of those would be affected by the subframe issue. Nor does it single out the "ST" model.

What I seen was it was for 20 vehicles. Not a lot of info so far.
