CAI do nothing for power, especially since you can’t tune the 2025s. A CAI would just be for looks. Sound wise the only that does that is the Fenfab intake, it adds a lot of fun turbo noises.

It’s all about spoke clearance and barrel clearance. Different production methods effect brake clearance.

It’s not about wheel width, it’s about caliper clearance. A 295/45r20 is a little wide on an 9” wheel, I’d bump up wheel width to 10” or 10.5”.

Interesting perspective. Purely from a weight reduction perspective, 20s are you’re best option. I’d have to do a little research to see what would be my recommended “maximum performance” (odd to say on a SUV) wheel and tire setup would be.
