Like I said so many different variables, it’s operating perfectly fine most Likely.

    pre-collision assist

That’s not correct, Co-Pilot360 is Fords safety driver assist and is still on the new cars. Bluecruise didn’t replace it and is only the semi-autonomous driver assist.

    pre-collision assist

It takes a lot for the system to do its job. If you do anything, let off the gas, slight braking, turn a little, the system thinks you’re handling it and doesn’t do anything unless a crash is imminent. I think you’re just a tad too worried about it, like I said it takes a lot for the system to...

    Beach drive

2.5L? If you’re talking deeper sand, these cars aren’t meant for that and the stock Pirellis suck so there’s a good chance of getting stuck. If it’s more compacted, not deep sand you’d be fine.

    WORK IN PROGRESS

Borla is overpriced and doesn’t replace flex pipes and retains stock 2.25 in piping. MBRP will drone. Only two good options IMO are AWE and Thermal. http://explorerstenthusiasts.com/2025/05/30/lets-talk-exhausts/

    WORK IN PROGRESS

I’m not a fan of Valvetronic mufflers, they sound tinny and too raspy for my taste.

    Eibachs + PIU struts/shocks

The Eibachs are low enough that you don’t need a spring compressor. You need one for removal though.

    Vibrating… North of 67MPh

Have the tires balanced. Sometimes the foam inside of the tire becomes dislodged and needs to be removed, that’ll be apparent with a balancing.

Roof rack for 2021 with moon roof

Just find someone who will swap out there roof rails for your delete pieces, there’s quite a bit of people who’d be willing to do that.

Anyone ceramic coat the black trim?

I wouldn’t ceramic coat the plastic. I Just go over all of it with Meguires Plastic Restorer every once in a while.

    Asking advice on used purchase.

Trust me, I had an early build 2020 with every problem in the book, but they fixed that towards they end of the build year, and most 2021s are fine.

    Asking advice on used purchase.

2020-21 are perfectly fine, it’s the very early 2019 builds I’d stay away from.

    New Explorer ST record! 10.30 @ 133!

I forgot to ask Adam, but is there any other items that aren’t available to fully finish out a built drivetrain? I was thinking the only thing really missing would be an upgraded driveshaft.
