Huge gaps on body work on many 2021!!! Please complain to Ford this is not normal!!!

It’s an Explorer…not a Bentley. Perhaps do a better pre-purchase inspection on your next vehicle.

ZFG: I guess I'm a fanboy now too

He can fine tune it after for sure. Not necessary but if you want “all of it” a datalog is free.

ZFG: I guess I'm a fanboy now too

I can’t recommend an exhaust that you have to pick specific gears to drive in to eliminate the drone. I had super high hopes for the Magnaflow kit but the issues people have had kinda ruined it for me.

ZFG: I guess I'm a fanboy now too

Intercooler and tune should be the first 2 mods…no doubt about it…followed by high flow downpipes. Exhaust is a crap-shoot. Nothing Borla makes will add any power. I’d do the Thermal R&D full 2.5” downpipe back kit or custom.

Focal, Mosconi, Illusion and Helix build

Well…didn’t go exactly as planned. Got one side together with the aluminum adapter and it was too close to the inner door for my comfort…so I stacked both adapters and moved it out an inch instead which is fine because I was off in my original measurement anyway. It’s still in about the same...

    E50 - ZFG Tune 0-60 and 1/4mi

That’s solid. She should crack off an 11 when you can run it out.

    2021 ST BOV

Here’s a new hint…the new strategy’s have the bypass valve disabled in the computer.

    Quick Tire Size Question

It will also reduce your effective gear ratio…so it’ll slow it down some.

Focal, Mosconi, Illusion and Helix build

When I installed the midbass’ in the doors I didn’t think to measure how far behind the door panel they sit. They’re back almost 2”. Since the general consensus was the closer the better and with a combination of adapters from MTI for 8” drivers and 6.5-8” aluminum adapters from EBay I’ll push...

    SPD Performance Downpipes

What doesn’t fit? It looks like you have the sensor in place or is that after the modification?

    2021 ST BOV

Everything I posted was based on known info…and I don’t apologize to people that post shitty comments back. I didn’t everything I could to help…

    Different BOV’s in 2021 ST’s?

The only thing this could be is a mid-year running change nobody has seen yet. I doubt they eliminated it completely. It dumped back into the driver side turbo inlet tube…about 1/2 way down on the inboard side of the tube. Start looking in that area.

ZFG: I guess I'm a fanboy now too

It won’t “feel” faster…it will BE faster. It will make more power especially above ~60 mph where the oem IC becomes a hindrance.

    2021 ST BOV

Different angle, same markings. Turbosmart BOV being installed on a ‘21.

    2021 ST BOV

Again, nothing has moved. Look here. Red arrow is the grommet the airbox snaps into. Yellow arrow is the T fitting on the coolant hose. Red circle is what you’re looking for.

    Engine Failure @ 2k miles - Resolved

It happened to my brother with a Super Duty that cost substantially more than an ST on his way home from the dealer when he bought it…shit happens. You may get a new car…you may just get a new engine. It’s up to Ford on that one.

    Look closely at post #8.

    2021 ST BOV

You’re asking for help and ignoring the help you’ve been given. Nothing changed and nothing moved. The bypass valve is still in the same place and still connects to the driver side turbo inlet tube just like it has since day 1. If you’re looking for a BOV you won’t find one…because there isn’t one.
