    Check your plugs

Just an fyi. I replaced my plugs at 25K and they were completely intact and looked normal. I did notice a little smoother idle on the new colder plugs. Used to have a very subtle miss sometimes.

    Oil capacity

    No circle racing for me:ROFLMAO:

    Oil capacity

IMO you get your oil a little whipped and aerated if you get into the crank. 1/2 inch should not really affect anything. It should not be into the crank with engine off when checking level. It certainly won’t be when running the oil pump as oil is off the dipstick with engine running. Sent...

    Self powered sub

LOC (line output converter) will take speaker level output ant turn it into pre-amp inputs. Not the best solution for sound but works fine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Oil capacity

I overfill for the same reason. Not sure what kind of baffling the pan has. Put an aftermarket oil pan on the CTSV I was road racing and it had really nice baffling compared to the stock. Not sure there is any baffling in the ST oil pan so better safe than sorry. No oil pressure leads quickly to...

Converting crossmember from 1 bolt to 2

I remember now. That was the part number but a -F. It looks like the -F was replaced with the -G. I remember doing a search on that when ordering the Steeda bushing kit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I just bought a new set of pre-gapped colder plugs and they were set at .23 or is it .023 prior to shipping. Run great and smoother than stock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Transmission Oils, first timer

Changing fluids is always a good idea. The rear diff plug is difficult. Nothing else that I can recall. Use motorcraft ULV in trans. All else is your choice but I suggest synthetic of any good brand. I run Mobil 1 extended protection for engine and amsoil severe gear in the diffs. I use a...

    Turbo swap difficulty???

I have not done them but I’m guessing just more stuff to take off to get to them. DPs are not fun for sure but I’m guessing everything is reasonably accessible on the turbos, just more stuff to remove. Let us know how it goes! Might be on my list but not before transmission. Sent from my...

I’m guessing a rigid connection without an isolator would be a bad thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Safety Recall 22S27 Rear Axle Bolt Fractures

You could definitely install another bushing to the crossmember. However it would require some level of welding and minor fab work and I don’t see a dealer doing that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
