I did the same thing a while back but only got to a bit over 100…the salt was in horrible shape and rough as hell.

I went through 3 others that fit like hell before I found this one. Dash Designs in the company. Sedona Suede is the material I went with.

The mid enclosure was 3D printed then epoxied to the oem pillar and blended in.

Pillars are complete.

Finished my a-pillar install.

Except you don’t have a BOV and the system no longer works like that. I get your point about using what you have available…but your BOV argument fails.

There are no guarantees when you try to mate 2 different companies parts. They “should” fit without issue…but you may have to massage them a little. Only one way to find out.

The final shape. Upholstery material got hung in shipping but they’ll be in my hands by Friday for a weekend install.

I don’t like their current slotted style and they don’t offer the drilled/slotted style I had before from them which was my first choice.
