The first conditions you described sound like the AWD module is bad. 4200 seems a little high, ask them to give you an exact breakdown of what they want to do.

Yeah there definitely is a miscalculation. I'd love the car to be that quick (although I'm am very content with the stock form but as they say there never is enough power), but most people are around a mid 5-second 0-60.

For how you’re launching the car, that seems about right. That’s a low RPM to launch at, the turbos really aren’t spooling enough for a good launch.

@UNBROKEN just got a door handle without the key hole and put it on there. If you would ever need to use the key hole you just pop off the door handle cover and put the key in. The details are buried in his build thread somewhere.

Except downpipes don’t change the design of the downpipes, they just have a lower cat cell count and flow better.

You don’t need a retune. It’ll help and take advantage of the purchase of the downpipes, but it’s not needed. Adam’s tunes also adjust themselves to different parameters if they’re changed too, aka extra air flow. The adjustments without a retune won’t be a lot, but a tiny little adjustment.

That sounds like the turbo seals are going bad. Can’t see any video but that definitely sounds like that problem.

Well I see that. Didn’t know that’s what you’d consider a bulge. I think that’s where the the little air-circulator things that people think are turbo silencers are. They aren’t turbo silencers, and actually help airflow. (Photo from an F150).

All exhausts work from 2020-25. Only thing that won't work are the downpipes.
