    Don't fear the dip

Just clean really well, maybe use alcohol to get any oils off. Apply the first coat of Plasti-dip very lightly and let it dry(15min). Then moderately apply on the 2nd and 3rd coats. I did 3 coats.

2025+ Ford Explorer Spreadsheet now available!

You have to perform the same sequence using the passenger seatbelt buckle in order to disable it as well. No, unfortunately there is no way to get rid of the message on the screen.

    HP tune coming? Livernois available?

You might want to try sitting in the 25 Platinum's leather massaging seat, while watching your favorite youtube video on the 13.2" horizontal screen and then re-assess that statement. ;) But, I actually prefer my "leather trimmed" seats over the full leather. They grip you better in turns, and...

    HP tune coming? Livernois available?

Ouch. I'm assuming you mean the new look? Because the tech on the 25 is much improved. I mean the thing literally drives itself and the infotainment system is not even a comparison. Also it basically has the same drivetrain.

    Digital Gauge Cluster

I experienced this problem during the first month of ownership, and then it resolved itself. The problem no longer occurs. The only explanation I can think of is the new vehicle is downloading and installing software updates during downtime. Every time an update is completed, it resets some...

Disable the seatbelt chime in your 2025 Explorer (Forescan not needed)

I haven't seen any threads on this for the 2025 model year Explorer, so I thought I'd share. There have been a few different methods over the years to disable the seatbelt chime, and I confirmed this method does work on my 2025 ST. 1. Enter vehicle, make sure parking brake is on. 2. Put...

Can we disable seat belt chime yet? I had mine disabled in my 23. EDIT: Nevermind. I found the method to disable the seatbelt chime without using Forescan. 1. Enter vehicle, make sure parking brake is on. 2. Put ignition in accessory mode, and watch for airbag indicator to disappear(about 3...

    HP tune coming? Livernois available?

I traded my 23 ST for a 25 ST. I still have my Accessport with Cobb maps for the 23. Is it likely that Cobb will release 25 maps once the PCM is unlocked? Just wondering if I should keep the Accessport because I have over $700 invested in it, and right now it's a paper weight.

    Front grille

Big shout out to those who recommended a leaf blower. I picked up a Milwaukee 550cfm blower and a stubby car wash nozzle. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I didn't even break a sweat. Thanks my dudes!!

    2026 Order banks open!

Can anyone confirm this? They literally added a cell phone tray in the dash for the 25's and the wireless charger works great. I'm really digging mine. It works with large phone cases and holds the phone in place very well.

    2026 Ford Explorer Tremor

Sorry but, what makes the ST special if the 3.0L is available in most trims now?

    New Bluetooth Device....Tracker

I did a quick check and I don't have any tracker showing. Mine isn't financed.

    Front grille

After owning both a 23 and a 25, I have to say the grill on the 25 is the worst part. I need to get a leaf blower :ROFLMAO:

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

You're right, it's not rocket science. But there's a reason why most people will just pay the $100+ to have someone else do it. There is a process that's significantly more than just "pulling the drain plug", otherwise, everyone would do it.

    Lloyds floor mats

I had Lloyds in my 2016 Charger Scat Pack. They are excellent quality floor mats. No problems after 7 years of use. I will definitely consider them if my OEMs go bad

    New 2025 Ford Explorer ST

No offense, but you make it sound trivial "just pulling the drain plug". Pulling the drain plug requires jacking the vehicle and securing with jack stands or using ramps. Removing the underbody panel with tools. Carefully placing a catch pan so you don't spill oil all over the place. Removing...
