She confirmed everything else was up to date and tried to force an update over WiFi and no go. Escalated to second tier. Should get a call within a few...

Updated 3 modules today. Sync, power steering, and something else. Really like the ability to do that without a dealer trip. Also, I tried to update through the screen and a WiFi connection but it always said I was up to date. But apparently not[emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have it and have done it. Dealer technician said it was due for an update.....but it was already there :) It is very easy to use IMO.
