That’s a very early system from the initial production run. They are all dual inlet/outlet (at the resonator, obviously) from somewhere after the beginning of ‘20.

A PIU 255/60-18 tire (off the top of my head) is 30” compared to about 30.75” for the 275/45-21 ST wheel/tire.

You are obviously not paying attention. The PIU shocks are clearly listed: LB5Z-18125-J. Those are not the same p/n‘s for the ST. Even in the picture, the engineering numbers are also different. Yep - leaving the OE front bar and struts in. The big improvement here is only with the rear parts.

Got my PIU rear bar and shocks installed today. I’d say it’s every bit as planted as it was with the Steeda rear bar (mine was completely rusted, so it had to go). My shocks only have 35,000 miles and one was starting to leak, but the PIU versions still feel slightly stiffer which is perfect...

Had this Steeda bar on my ‘20 for about two years and much of the powder coating has flaked off as shown. Perfectly functional and could easily be stripped and re-coated. Don’t really want to ship it, but for anyone in lower MI, come get it for $100. Bolts and brackets included as shown.

Yes. I want only the rear to be stiffer since that’s the way to trim down some under-steer. True, but a thicker bar is still going to tighten up the rear over a stock bar, just not to the extent of an adjustable bar. The difference may be minimal anyway, but I’ll know soon enough when I make...

The PIU rear bar is in between the ST and Steeda/AFE bars, so of course it’s an upgrade. There are a few threads with comments on the PIU parts already. The PIU rear shocks are also allegedly stiffer, which could be a great combo to cut down the understeer. I have these parts waiting to go on...

Ford does that for the masses. The PIU sway bars are 35/23 compared to 34/21.7 on the ST. If you want better/tighter turn-in for an IRS vehicle, you put a bigger bar on the rear.

Total waste. It’s 35mm just like the base model and PIU front bars. The ST front bar is smaller (at 34mm) for a reason.

My pleasure. After 20 or so years with IRS vehicles, I’ve been fortunate to pick up a trick or two. The ST isn’t as fun as my Cobra, but it can be improved nicely though!
