Do you have the newest SYNC software installed? Build 22251 Some older versions caused a lot of issues with SYNC.

None that I am aware of.

A long time ago I had an issue with Ford Pass. Wound up uninstalling and reinstalling it. Worked fine ever since. Might be worth a try.

That is possible. From what I seen scrolling back a bit all were 2022 models that are having the issue.

The thing that I don't understand is that it works for some of us but doesn't for a number of others.

That would totally be the dealers fault. Shame on them.

I suffered doing the last map update also. After 2 or 3 tries it worked but no problem with SYNC. Good luck,

The last SYNC and map update uploads are real hit and miss for some reason. Would be nice if Ford figured it out.

I've seen where a pump was used to add fluid.

As for the camera washers. The front one was eliminated a long time ago. None of the 2022 had and it might even go back to 2021. The one at the back the nozzle still is there but Ford quit hooking it up so it is not going to work. There is a bullettin out on that so your out of luck there...

Have you tried doing a master reset? It might help.

Yup on both. You do need an update and my is the newest version as far as I know. The last map update was a pain for me. Good luck with it.
