    Lincoln Aviator shocks, struts, springs

Physically bolt on, I’m sure all of it will. Air supply and management would likely be easier if sourced aftermarket.

    Wider tires?

That’s the whole point…use the camber adjustment to achieve a flush fit using all the same thickness spacers, not one 1/4” thicker in the back.

    Hose under engine

Next time get a pic. Help people help you.

    Home grown intake mod

No…what everyone is telling you is the stock airbox with your drop in filter will flow more than your ZFG 91 tune will ever call for. The engine can only ingest so much air. Like it or not, your addition didn’t affect anything. We’re not here to be yes men…we’ll shoot straight with you.

    Audio system prep...sound deadening project.

The glass just snaps back in and I didn’t mess with the tracks at all. It’s been a long time and memory fades but I don’t recall any weird stuff happening.

    Home grown intake mod

Hate to be the voice of reason here but there’s effectively no power to be had with any intake mod, until you’re into the upper end of modding and even then it’s a maybe. Stock aside from a 91 tune there’s literally no difference at all. That’s just the facts of the matter.

ROOF No rails or Delete Parts

Some 6th Gen years had the rails as an option so there are plenty of non-PIU cars on the road without rails.

Being quoted $5k to replace a cut in muffler?

Hit up your local exhaust shop if you want to attempt a repair….never Ford.

ROOF No rails or Delete Parts

    It would look horrific.

    Custom headlights!

Probably not. He hasn’t done lights in years.

    Rear Shocks

This is untrue. They are off-the-shelf Motorcraft ST shocks. Nothing more.

    22x10.5 TSW Daytona Fitment

You don’t really need a slip on spacer to be hubcentric and it only 6 mm the hub still protrude through enough for the wheel bore to make contact. If that 72.56 is the bore make sure you get hubcentric rings and you’ll be fine. You’re correct on the springs and tire size but Steeda is the least...

    22x10.5 TSW Daytona Fitment

Some 315/35’s (30.7” OD) will rub just like some 305/40’s (30.6” OD) will on a +30 10.5 wheel. Either would clear on this +38 but a 315 would be really close to the strut so I wouldn’t recommend it myself.

    Wider tires?

I meant exactly what I said and included the proper rear camber measurement to pull it together. Math doesn’t lie.

    22x10.5 TSW Daytona Fitment

They would fit but they won’t be flush. If you plan to not lower or run a 305/40 I’d run them as is to eliminate any chance of rubbing. If lowering or running a 305/35 I’d add a 6mm slip on spacer to get them out flush. +30 offset is dead flush.

Hell Horse Performance Took My Money

That’s short turnaround for forged wheels made to order. I’ve waited as long as 3 months before. BC Forged is running about 5 weeks right now which is lightning fast.

Hell Horse Performance Took My Money

Tyler left Hellhorse and publicly distanced himself from them several years ago. If they’re still using his name that’s them being shady. Dispute the charge any way you can and get far away from Hellhorse. @STFan you really need to remove them as a vendor.

Hood emblem. 1 year after purchase. Quality is #1 ???

I won’t be one of the normal yes men running around patting you on the back. I don’t care who or what you like…I find it patently amusing that it took you a YEAR to notice something and then decided it’s worthy of a multi-paragraph thread complaining about it. A week? I’m on your side. A month...
