This issue is so beyond stupid, even for the apparent, if not obvious, morons at multiple levels of Ford. As an example, prior to taking my truck into Joe Liars Myers Ford (joemyersford.com) for the previous camera recall, I had not a single issue with any camera, yet nearly immediately after...

Interestingly, I just noticed that it looks like Ford has completely removed the "Software Updates" panel from my dashboard. I suppose that is their solution to the issue.
