They say it’s a 21x10.5 Vossen. Maybe he typed it wrong. I’ll double check. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

Velgen just text me back and said they made a mistake. The offset is actually +34, not +32. They do have the VF5's in a 20x10.5 with a +30 offset but only in gunmetal. I think they would look good with black calipers though. Bronze may be too bright. They said $2,300 to my door.

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

I’m not beating around the bush, it just seems like every time I find a wheel I like, something happens! Like the saying goes, “If it weren’t for bad luck, I’d have no luck at all”! I talked to Velgen again and they said they have a 20x10 +32 that fits my vehicle. It’s strange because when I...

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

I ended up contacting the guy about the Velgens and they are +32. He said they were never used because they didn’t work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

For me, it would be a 20x10 or 10.5 and +30 to +35 offset. I don't think $1,800 is cheap! I know there are wheels that cost more than that PER wheel but that's just not an option for me. I was thinking about what you said, started looking at silver wheels and came across these. If Mustang wheels...

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

I found a set of Velgen Classic5 V2’s but they are off of a Mustang. I went back through this thread and someone said the Mustang rims will work with rings. Is that correct? They are 20x10 in the polished gunmetal and they are asking $1,800. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Caliper Color

I have yet to see another Explorer this color. I’ve seen quite a few ST’s around but none this color. I haven’t seen any Ford vehicles this color for that matter! It’s quite unique. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Caliper Color

It’s more of a green than silver. It’s like a light sage. Not sure blue would look right. This picture shows it the best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Caliper Color

Nice looking truck! I thought about bronze wheels with black calipers but I got a lot of negative feedback. I kind of thought bronze would look good with the silver spruce. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    forscan spreadsheets

Is there a way to get rid of just the chimes that go Do-do-Do, Do-do-Do, Do-do-Do? I tried changing the values at 7D0-08-01 in the APIM but nothing happened. I'm not sure of the name for that specific chime either (IC, WC, ACS or AOD).

    Parking brake automatically engages

That's odd because it didn't work on my 2020. I had to buy the module. Global Windows didn't work on mine either.

    Extended warranty ?

That was exactly my experience. I bought a 2012 Grand Cherokee new, and was offered the forever fix everything warranty for $1800. I took the deal. at about 140,000 miles, the engine failed and had to be replaced. And not to many miles later, so did the transmission. And the list goes on...

    Rude Awakening On Rims Today!

Could have sworn I read somwhere that 20's wouldn't clear the caliper. Maybe it was just the specific rims they were using. Either way, it adds one more factor into the decision making process and with my F'ed up brain that's an issue to start with! I'm really starting to think about the Velgen...
