Finally heard back from Brett and he said this is the first time he has heard of an issue with the conical piece. He said it has to do with the delrin bushing. He said they no longer use them and will send me out new ones when he gets some in.

At 140K and 5 years old I think all the bugs would have been fixed by now. It would have the 4 bolt rear end and all the features that were eliminated over the years. As long as all the major recalls were done and it wasn’t driven hard, it should be ok. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
