Need help with a measurement in the back with seats down

Willing to help, just don't know what you want- like @Cdubya wrote! You're not limited to twitter characters, just describe it or pics?

Need help with a measurement in the back with seats down

Bisection of the transverse measurement of the area of the rear seats divided by the ratio of the armrest area to lateral intersection of the the planar (downward) movement of seatbacks to the inverse plane of the axial center of the radial trim perimeter. There, fixed it for you.

Thanks for the pic, that's a part that I would buy myself- if I didn't have a 2020!

NEW Product Alert! The AWR Racing rear diff mount

My initial thoughts on seeing this mount was that it was a huge step in the right direction, but with a single differential mounting point (bolt) where the line of force would be directed towards the thin side of the differential casting, it looked suspect. I looked at all the pictures on your...

NEW Product Alert! The AWR Racing rear diff mount

I've made my opinions on the Diffy Stiffy well known on this forum. https://www.explorerst.org/threads/beware-driveshaft-kaboom-from-emergency-auto-brake.2148/post-36529 This is a definite step up and yet... Read the post as to why I find the concept at fault, and then look at this design- BTW...

Why we didn't buy an Explorer ST, and other various thoughts

Hey guys, just letting you know how superior I am in selecting something else that meets my needs because my requirements are different than yours....but you obviously haven't spent any time thinking about your needs, so let me tell you why every car I've ever owned is much better. What a douche.

    Explorer ST exhaust

So what's to stop them from voiding your warranty if you replace the exhaust? If you don't want a tune, that's fine, but the intercooler (especially since you live in Dubai) will only help the longevity of your vehicle.

Stock. And a lot cheaper. Spend that money on a tune and an intercooler. You'll thank me later.

    Charge Pipes

I remember your post about building your own charge pipe. Any chance you remember the ID of intercooler output? What size piping did you use? Actually, now that I see both the stock and the FenFab piece, I think yours is nicer. Seems to have the same diameter, throughout, which is ideal.

    Charge Pipes

Calculating 3.41 sq in to sq mm equals about a 52mm internal diameter in circular diameter which would be around 430 cfm. If anyone read my throttle body thread: https://www.explorerst.org/threads/throttle-bodies-cfm-and-mass-airflow.3163/post-39192 Enough for our engines, but marginal...

    Charge Pipes

We're talking about the cold side (intercooler out) to the stock throttle body silicone adapter right? I haven't taken mine off, but any estimate of the "tiny crimped bend" cross-sectional area?

    Best wheels for the buck....

You're probably fine if you're just concerned with "looks", but there's a reason your "shop guys" are not fans. Neither am I.

    Best wheels for the buck....

Just to weigh in on this....any type of hub spacer will put more load on the wheel bearings as you're altering the leverage of the wheel which will magnify the torque on the bearings when cornering. Now, in all likelihood, that's probably not a big concern if you're not road racing (you're...

Valve exhaust systems is need or not?

You might be able to replace your midpipe section with the one from the MRT Interceptor. It has a helmholtz resonator built into the mid pipe. Take a look: https://www.shopmrt.com/2020-Explorer-MRT-Interceptor-Cat-back-90R229-p/90r229.htm

Awesome Android box for Wireless carplay & Android Auto

You may be right, but Ford definitely knows how to differentiate the market and has a lot of data on customers and competitors. It probably comes down to marketing and age of drivers. An older, more well-heeled crowd that will buy the explorer is a different market from a younger group that...

FordPass not connecting, modem not working

I'm going to count myself extremely lucky. I've documented having a couple of intermittent electrical gremlins- lights staying on (once), liftgate opening halfway, (twice) and once the liftgate opening when I shut the driver's door. But two years now and not a single other issue.

I haven't heard of anyone else experiencing this scenario, but I will say there are definitely electrical gremlins in these vehicles. I've had no mechanical issues, but occasionally the tailgate will only go halfway up. On a couple of occasions, the headlights haven't shutdown (in auto mode)...
