Ugh..... that definitely sounds like a PITA. Like mentioned, your hoses sound a little on the short side. I also have the JLT catch can and it was about a 15 minute install in my 21 and there was no tension on either of my hoses. I hope the new hoses help.

I definitely don't have them in my 21. It's just an open cubby.

Honestly, I don't know that it would be worth the cost of shipping. I couldn't imagine it being less than $250-$300 to ship to Canada. I am looking to sell the exhaust, but I don't want to see someone spend a fortune in shipping. That's kinda why I'm trying to sell relatively local.

Unfortunately you're 100 percent right. I spoke with my service advisor just before. He's got his parts guy and his body shop looking into it. Even if nothing happens yet, hopefully ford will start getting the idea that there a quite a few concerned owners.

All I can do is try and it can't hurt. Hopefully those who have experienced the failure will report it.

I will be there the beginning of next week and I will see what they say about getting them out. Next week will be big to see if all of the molds came out as expected. If everything is good, they will complete the directions and everything should start going out from there.

Oh they're definitely not choking on this one. They've already invested way too much at this point.
