You don’t need a spacer. Just set the rear camber at -.5* and it’ll match the front then.

It’s not really a kit. You order the parts for a base model Explorer that doesn’t come with rails and swap them out.

The new front bracket combined with the delete panel reuses all the holes the rails do. The new parts have gaskets built in and you reuse the nuts that are on the rails now.

I change pressure too much to worry about it. I drop it to 32 when I’m racing and run them at 38 when I’m out playing on the twisty roads. I daily drive it at 35.

I like to see full operating temp before doing and hits. Cooling it down between passes is one thing...hammering on an ice cold engine is not good though.

Pump the brakes a few times and mash it to the floor. It should hold 28-2900 rpm before it starts breaking loose. Find what it’ll hold and let it rip. Mine will hold 2800...best 93 tune 0-60 is 3.96 so far in mediocre weather.

To get the lower cushion out? Yes, take all the trim off then you’ll see how to remove the cover and get to the cushion.

Helmholtz chambers / j-pipe resonators don’t change the sound much. They target a specific drone frequency to kill it. I’ve used them many times and they work very well.
