There’s a lot of competent Ford tuners out there…BoostKing is one of them. What you want is the most competent on this particular Ford platform…and that is ZFG. It’s been proven time and again.

I’ve easily spent 5 figures for eye candy under the hood on another project. Sub 600 is downright cheap. lol

Hell…paint it or wrap it body color for a little extra flair.

People can bitch and moan about the hp improvements or lack thereof all they want…I’m buying one for the looks alone. Gotta start making it to where it’s not embarrassing to open the hood around other car people.

5 Star honestly should be anyone’s 2nd to last choice. ZFG, PBD and Gearhead should be the places you look. SSI would be your last option.

Feel around on top of the rear mufflers and make sure they’re not contacting one of the studs built into the rear floor. Borla had an issue with that early on.

I live in the south as well so no practical need for 4WD…but I sure wish my 750+ HP 2WD F150 had it…that thing was useless under 60mph. Although I do miss rolling burnouts. lol

I drive 100% in Sport mode…I worked with Adam enough on the shifts that’s just my preferred mode for daily driving. That said…if someone gives the nod at a light I’m brake boosted before he finishes his nod. Game on…I’m always ready.

Good old 1’ roll out. Magazines making cars seem faster than they are for years that way. Dragy shows it as well. My 3.7X 0-60 times are 3.5X with 1’ roll out.

Start with details. All of them. Where exactly did you tap the wires? LCI which one? What amp and how is it set up?

200lbs seems to be the best estimate of the 4wd parts list…that would equate to roughly 2/10 in the 1/4 and a hair more mph. The 4wd will put more than that on the RWD in the first 60’…there won’t be enough room for the RWD to run down the 4WD. I got $100 on the 4wd if anyone wants to cover it...

I have pretty much zero faith in any magazine posted times. Half of them can barely write a story much less drive a car. Something else to consider if we’re being honest with ourselves…99.9% of the action you’re gonna get will happen on the street and will be way less than 1/4 mile. Very few...

Talking bone stock to bone stock, Adam, tires and all. I already clarified it’ll change with mods. Bone stock the RWD won’t have time to chase down the 3-4 1/10 deficit off the line.

These aren’t Stingers…they’re ST’s. The 4WD will be quicker to the 1/4…period. You’re not going to make up the 60’ deficit in equal vehicles otherwise. Until you get deep into suspension mods and power the RWD car loses every time.

Then let me throw 4 radials on a 4WD….talking stock for stock here.

That’s not how it works in real life. The 4WD will be gone and the RWD won’t stand a chance in hell of catching up.
