One other thing to try is remove the taillight and unplug it. Spray the contacts with some contact cleaner and plug and unplug it a few times. There could be some corrosion it. If this works put some dielectric grease on the contacts.

I did not go due to COVID when I purchased my ST. But everyone that has posted after going have said nothing but positive things about both locations. I would recommend going based on all of the positive posts.

The Ford tune drops the drive line warranty to 3/36. An aftermarket can void the warranty if the prove the tune caused the failure.

On your 2020 Explorer you should have the 2 bolt rear end. I doubt you will an issue with it.

I have never had any luck doing a OTA update with mine. I don't even try any more.
