    ZFG Racing Tune Review

Yep. I mean, they are whippling F150s and Stangs at the dealers, adding seats, lowering them, and charging $16k. Just do this in-house, give me a warranty, and charge me a few grand.

    ZFG Racing Tune Review

After about 10 days of city driving and one solid road trip (roughly 700 miles), I’m really impressed with the shifting behavior in Sport mode. Once you get used to Sport, Normal just isn’t usable for me anymore . I also think it took some time for my right foot and transmission to recalibrate...

    Thermal vs AWE vs Borla

Glad I went with Thermal. It is loud when it needs to be and quiet when it needs to be.

    New vibration

Ford and these shakes (had it in my edge ST in the 40-50mph and my F150).

I also have been checking mine cold, sitting all night. But anywho, I'm running up 1/2 qt from what they put in.

    Highest mileage tuned

The shop that did mine said they put 6 in, and it's at the dot before I added 1/2 qt. Interesting.

I recently increased by half a quart(to 6.5). I'm probably not doing the launches that cause concern, but hey, why not.

Agree. And then you have the 6.0 qts vs 6.5 (oil starvation) if you are running hard.

My opinion is that if you trash something in the drivetrain with a responsible tune, there are likely causes: A) It was going to go anyway, and you just sped it up(maybe). Or it was just gonna go when it went, regardless of tune B) Full sends, stop light racing, drag strip time, high rpm manual...

    Highest mileage tuned

From my reading, I get they all have problems (Look at Chevy and Yota's engine replacement), but the 2.7/3.0 are pretty durable engines. And the 10R had some design issues in the beginning, but overall it's a pretty good transmission. And from my reading, while tuned and parted up, it may...

Charging error and battery saver issue

Wonder if key fob proximity creates an issue too?

    ZFG Racing Tune Review

I’ll give you another example. On I-10 this morning, coming out of the tunnel—which is an uphill climb—I ended up behind a tractor-trailer and a pickup pacing each other. As soon as the third and fourth lanes opened, I gave it some throttle. I was around 53 mph when I rolled into it, and the...

    ZFG Racing Tune Review

I don’t really notice the downshifts—which is probably a good sign. It seems to drop into the right gear when needed, and the big girl goes. I haven’t experienced the “press the pedal and it slugs along” feeling from a too slow downshift, nor have I had any overly aggressive multi-gear drops...

Charging error and battery saver issue

Did you try this: High Beams 5 times, then brakes 3 times. Is the proper procedure to reset the BMS 1. Push the start button with no foot on the brake pedal 2. Flash the high beams five times, then press the break pedal three times 3. Wait about 2 to 3 seconds you’ll see the battery icon...

Charging error and battery saver issue

Given that it’s already three years old, my first guess would be that the battery is simply due for replacement. I’ve seen these Ford OEM AGM batteries last as little as two years, and others make it to seven—it’s really hit or miss. The good thing about the battery saver function and app...

Per Ford, No future upgrades to Bluecruise

It changes lanes on its own, but you control that with the blinker manually. I honestly prefer the idea, I don't trust it enough, yet, for random lane changes. I think 2026 will change a lane completely on its own if it runs into a slower car and things are clear. I've put about 900 miles on BC...
