    2020 ST BRAKES

As with anything else, there is a right way to do it. Just because someone has never had an issue doing it a diffrent way doesn't mean there isn't a risk. Run a search on Google and see what the majority says about pushing fluid back through the system.

    4WD or AWD?

I wouldn't say it's definately technology. I'd say it's both. Ford called their 2nd generation Explorer AWD but it was basically just locked in 4WD high. The transfer case just didn't have an actuator. Not all 4WD vehicles had 2WD, 4WD High and 4WD Low. When they came out with the automatic 4WD...

    Steeda Sway Bar Limits

A rear sway bar will give it better handling but you don't need a front sway bar on these vehicles. I have a Steeda sway bar in the back set on the last hole. It's a noticable difference. Add the FenFab subframe bushing supports and you will notice a real difference.

    2020 ST BRAKES

You may already know this but make sure you open the bleeder valve to release the pressure when you press the piston in. Don't force the fluid back through the system or you risk damaging the ABS unit.

Subwoofer enclosure between rear seat captain's chairs

Taking a 3 cubic foot box in and out will get old real fast.

Build date and time on lot….?

It is probably an aftermarket. They gave me two keys with mine and the second one doen't have ST on the back.

25 ST Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power

Here is a link to some info about the process. I've been through the process back in 93 and I can tell you they don't make it easy. Make sure you document EVERYTHING and "get it in writing" if possible! Ford Buyback Program

    Explorer Grille/Brush Guard

Got any pics of it? I had an Isuzu Rodeo which was the same car.

    WTB OEM Midpipes

I have my originals if you want them. They have about 30K miles on them but you can have them. Just pay shipping.

Subwoofer enclosure between rear seat captain's chairs

It bet it would look nice between the seats. Add a couple cup holders and rock on!

    Weather Tech window shields

Those are nice! Where did you get them?

New engine installed under extended warranty on my 2020 Explorer ST with 71,000 miles.

This could be completely normal depending on the tech who installed the new engine. [wrenchin]

Loss Of Power But No Codes

I doubt it's bad gas. You can bet they will charge you to look at your datalog! I wouldn't be reseting shit before you bring it in. There may be codes stored that you can't see.

Has anyone "tuned" their gauge cluster?

Those things are garbage! One is so tiny and can only display a single parameter at a time and the other is a big old display that creates blind spots. Ford should have given the ST the same options as the F150 from the start.

    Additional Tune

    That's funny but exactly right!

2025 car. What mods should I avoid because the ECU hasn’t been cracked

Suspension parts will help with how it rides. Fenfab makes a lot of parts to help the suspension. A rear sway bar will also help.

Loss Of Power But No Codes

It's not the resonator. Your car has gone into limp mode for some reason. They do this to prevent any further damage. I would say check for transmission codes. A simple scan tool will not see them. You need a good scanner or Forscan. Another thing that happens is the throttle position gets lost...

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

You're partly right. If you're not ready, or able as in my situation, to make adjustments or modifications then you shouldn't be doing it. However, you seem to have missed the part about the OP saying they are too long, not mashed. As I said, the shop that did mine said they had to make some...

    X5 M50i to 2025 ST

Nice choice but you can't tune it. . . yet. The encryption in the new PCM's programming code hasn't been broken yet. It's only a matter of time but it may be a long time, unfortunately.
