I think the 25's fall very short. A lot of stuff has been removed that earlier years had. Things people miss! Ford has certainly not heard the voices of it's customers. not that they ever have.

The 25's can be tuned, just not in the typical way. RaceChips has a product for the '25's. It just plugs in rather than being uploaded. Not as good as say, ZFG or Goosetuned, but better than stock.

You nailed it. I don't know why it's so hard for people to understand! It's a Ford product, designed by Ford engineers and they label it as 4WD because that's exactly what it is. Period!

There are a couple threads about this and so far no one has been able to come up with an answer. Have you tried pushing on the liftgate from the inside as you pop the latch? Please post once, and if, you get it open.

It's not full time. The 4WD Actuator does exactly what you said. And I didn't say the transfer cases were the same! I said they were KIND OF the same. The one major difference is that the ST's PTU can adjust how much torque goes to the front. The older transfer case was a 50/50 split.
