might be easier, and cheaper, to drop in a Coyote engine. MUCH more aftermarket and tuning support on that platform as well.

    SCT X4 Tuning!

Ford Guy is referring to a butterfly valve in the exhaust. It closes slightly to try and quiet the exhaust. Operates like a throttle body.

    SCT X4 Tuning!

Honestly I would not mess with a "valve management system". It's just a butterfly valve, likely electronically operated, that is installed in the exhaust pipes. It will be a big restriction in your exhaust. Your best solution, and probably the cheapest, would be to install a muffler in lieu...

    SCT X4 Tuning!

You are either going to need to remove the x-pipe and reinstall a resonator (or two), or just dump the Borla all together and get a different exhaust. For the downpipes, you *may* be able to absorb some of the vibration by installing rubber bushings between the downpipe bracket and the OEM...

    FenFab Intake Install Instructions

A quick install guide for the Fenfab Instake. I had A LOT of help from Brett, Tyler, Chris, Billy, and Er Ick on the FB page in doing this install. Note that I have the JLT catch can, the UPR requires a little diff process. Watch Billy's Youtube video first to get a good idea of the process...

Installed Thermal R&D exhaust and mid-pipe on Saturday, then installed Fenfab intake this morning. Holy shit this thing sounds like a rocket now. I need to do a 3rd gear pull and send to ZFG to see if we need to tweak the tune any. Installation How-To Post...

Who Has Downpipes + Thermal Exhaust ??

I do, but I've heard videos online and they just don't sound the same. Fenfab catted dps installed for ~1month, Thermal installed yesterday. Sounds nasty mean at WOT but very tame and quiet when normal driving around. I'll try to record something tomorrow. Watching F1 now and don't plan on...

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

Man I need a lift! Yeah, install was very easy. Longest part was explaining to my wife what I was doing. I need to adjust mine a little still. Driver side is just a few MM lower than the pass side. your description on the sound is dead on. Very tame when normal driving, but screams when...

    ST vs Aviator

They are built in the same factory with many of the same components, so I wouldn't expect too much of a difference. It's really hit and miss, and from what I have read a LOT of it has to do with ground wires not installed correctly. Personally I haven't had any issues, nor have many others...
