have you disabled FENG? I think my FenFab catted DPs + 2.5" Thermal is more quiet than FENG in Sport mode.

yeah, if you are still on the stock IC and kept the snorkel in then you wouldn't have to worry about it. When you do the IC check this video, the sensor is at the ~7:53min mark

There is a sensor on the driver side of the intercooler, located just next to the factory air snorkel. If you have upgraded your intercooler then you pulled it from the OEM and had to reinstall on your new IC. what part of KY are you in? I'm in Mason (Cincy) and can help if needed.

the 2/21 build should have all the bolts on the differential. It was mid/late 21 when they switched.

Temps and DA can be a HUGE factor, even on a 0-60 run. Gotta keep all those independent variables the same when testing and comparing.

I doubt it would be the turbochargers. At idle they aren't rotating very fast. They are relatively small as well, not much rotational mass on the impeller/exhaust wheels. Maybe something is stuck in one?

To everyone thinking "you get to keep your warranty" really needs to watch Tommy Boy again. There are too many red flags with the graph Ford released to make this tune worth the $700 initial cost, or even $10, plus whatever the dealer charges to flash it.

It actually did age well. Based on the information Ford provided on THEIR tune it does nothing. The graph shows a "Baseline 87 Octane" vs "FPP Tune 93 Octane"......terrible comparison for a test. Of course it will make more power on 93, it is inherent to the fuel used. Now, the 2nd grade...

Based on the information that was provided you are better off just filling your tank with 93 octane and saving the $700.

I can tell you right now that "graph" was created by someone plotting numbers in Excel and was not from a real dyno. 400hp rating is crank HP on a dyno test stand.
