2025 Explorer ST - Getting Emission Sensor Error after CVFab Down Pipes

CVFab didn't include defoulers on mine, they only included extensions. And the fact that you can never get ahold of anyone is greatly concerning, here I was thinking they were the best option.

Please check in if you've installed CVFAB downpipes on a 2025.

I bought the Vibrant Performance J-Style Oxygen Sensor Fittings VPE-19019, I hope these will work in lieu of as my CVFAB issued defoulers were accidentally omitted from my order, and will not make the install date. Fingers crossed.

Please check in if you've installed CVFAB downpipes on a 2025.

Appointment for this Thursday to have them installed, has anyone else had a set installed? Did you use the Defoulers, Extension (straight, 90Degree), etc? Any CEL?

    Alignment Specs (Camber)

My alignment sheet looked similar, and a local shop told me the Camber was maxed out, couldn't be adjusted any further and I needed adjustable upper control arms.

2025 Explorer ST O2 Sensor Extensions - CVFab Down Pipes

Sorry to hijack your thread, but I just received my CVFAB downpipes and they didn't come with O2 extensions. Do I need them for a 2025, has anyone else encountered issues with 25's throwing codes after install. I hope we aren't the guinea pigs. My install appointment is set for this Thursday. Ugh

Problem with the Digital Gauge Cluster

Off that topic, I find that if I enable Waze through my phone, I get the dreaded no map to display on the instrument cluster. But, if I do it through CarPlay, I don’t get that error.

    FENFAB V2 ordering ?

For those that have ordered FENFAB V2, did you have to wait four weeks for your order?

    Blow off valves?

Did you have to get the FENFAB Charge Pipe, and did you have to get a new Intercooler. HSF states you need to upgrade the intercooler to install the Charge Pipe for a BOV. Maybe I am misinterpreting that. Anyway the info is appreciated.

    Lethal Performance or buy direct?

So two months ago I ordered a Steeda Strut Tower Brace from Lethal Performance, and after a week it still hadn't been shipped. So I called LP, and no response. So I called Steeda up and they said they had just received the order and wound up shipping it that day with 2-day delivery. Other than...

    Eibachs Installed on my ‘25

What do you mean too big? The problem with 1.25” spacers in the front, is you can run 1.25”in the back and the front wheels appear to be sticking out more than the back, which makes it look odd. I run 1.25” in front cause I don’t wanna trim wheel studs, and I run 1.5” in the back because I want...
