You need the defoulers. if you didn’t put them on that would give you those codes. Try clearing them and see if they come back. Maybe check to make sure everything looks okay under there?

It would be pretty much the same, maybe a quarter inch less tucked but it’s not going to be a noticeable difference.

You’d want a 295/45r20 on 20” wheels, fits better IMO. That offset is too high, it’d be tucked in the fenders.
