Swapped '25 ST Badges?

Has anyone swapped the "ST" badges on a '25 ST? I'm looking to buy black badges and the youtube videos I'm seeing look like previous years might have been rubber badges that you could pull off with a heat gun. My front badge looks like rigid plastic.

Is Emblem City the only option other than vinyl overlays?

No all years have the same type FORD badging that is bolted on the front grille. The ST emblems are what are double sided taped to the grille and tailgate. Emblem City is the only option for emblems, I don’t recommend Vinyl overlays as they are very hard to install right and if they’re not they look bad and won’t last long.
