    The shallow JL Audio sub I have specifies .6cuft of volume after the sub is installed. The volume is what the sub was designed for. Most subs of that size need a much larger enclosure which is why I chose what I chose. Too little volume and your low bass can suffer. A little bigger doesn't...

    I guess that makes a little more sense for why they did it that way. So if I have the auto fan on one light and I start the car on a hot day does the AC run full blast?

    I agree some will complain either way. I'm just used to having auto do everything for the past 15 years. I also like how on my GM if the AC was on full blast and I got a phone call it would drop the fan speed. But you are right, you can't please all the people all the time!

    You could run cutouts if you wanted. Not a big fan of the V6 sound though, not sure what it would sound like with cutouts.
