    Wind/rattling sound near B Pillar

that's it. Id replace all of those. I think there are 6-8 of them.

    Wind/rattling sound near B Pillar

I'm talking the cover underneath the car. At speed, the noise will seem to come from the door or the B-pillar but it's actually the undershield that's flapping around.

    Where's the 2024 ST info?

Curious to see what features it has--they have been removing features every year since MY2020. If the Android OS rumors are true, I may not get my wireless Carplay though...

    Wind/rattling sound near B Pillar

It's usually the undershield making noise. The plastic retainers are garbage and come loose. Stainless M6 nuts with fender washers to replace those will solve that once and for all.

    Leaking oil?

A fellow member reported that their AWD module went out and the dealer said it was NOT covered under Powertrain warranty. Surprisingly, it is not listed as a covered component. The similar speed sensor might not be covered under Powertrain either. Either way, it might be good to run a...

Outside ambient temperature sensor not showing correct temp.

RESET: Select the A/C and Recirc buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds, then release both, within 2 seconds select A/C button again Reference: https://www.foexplorer.com/ford_explorer_removal_and_installation_ambient_air_temperature_sensor-897.html

    Leaking oil?

That's actually a good thing. It's likely the front halfshaft speed sensor malfunctioning--it inserts into the front differential. When that is replaced, some front differential oil is lost and they *should* top it off. Hopefully they'll take care of the axle hub actuator leak too. Can you...

    Leaking oil?

Motorcraft® SAE 75W-140 Synthetic Rear Axle Lubricant. Not inexpensive. Front differential fill hole is on the passenger side. Torx T-50 (+ breaker bar if it's never been opened). Just top it off slowly until it starts to dribble out. Front diff fill hole. Remove passenger wheel. Follow...

Muffled phone calls @ higher speeds

i would try deleting the phone profile and re-pairing it. To exclude the car's microphone issue, see if a different phone does the same thing.

    2020 ST.. rear end corrosion?

Do you park it outside all the time?

    Leaking oil?

Beware. This leak is front differential fluid oil. The front differential only holds 0.6 qts! Don't let it run dry.

    Leaking oil?

Definitely covered under b2b and may be covered under powertrain

Updating sync to the latest version of a home Wi-Fi

Was just reading a couple of Cyanlab threads on 22251. Apparently there are problems with it, including settings getting switched to default. Hopefully these are corrected in 23088. New NA22 (and other) maps were also discovered so maybe 23088 was released to support the new maps.

    Leaking oil?

Actually, I may be confusing the orientation of the pictures. Do you have a picture of the left side of the oil pan where the driver's side axle inserts? You will need to remove the rectangular cover to visualize it. That is where the axle hub actuator is. It leaks front differential oil...

Updating sync to the latest version of a home Wi-Fi

Well, hopefully the 2nd battery is still good but if this was a warranty change out, maybe not! I just changed my 2019 battery a few months ago. First symptom? I could not update Sync via USB--would never say "updating software..." 2nd symptom? Voltage when car running was always...

Updating sync to the latest version of a home Wi-Fi

I don't think those are known bugs necessarily. Maybe the AM/FM if you are starting the car and it doesn't resume the last audio source. Maybe you are having battery issues? Really weird symptoms can occur.

    Leaking oil?

Axle hub actuator leak on the drivers side.

If anyone is interested, 23088 is available at Cyanlabs

    Gear Head Auto Octane Tune

Jealous. My Livernois tune is pretty good shifting when getting on it, but day-to-day driving is still very stock like--which can be herky jerky at times. That's why I don't understand Adapt-X boasting it retains stock shifting/drivability until you are WOT. Who wants stock shifting? It sucks!

    Oil filter housing stem disintegrated

Good questions. It's almost as if the center stem wasn't well seated but the housing was forced on anyways. Whoever did that must have known something wasn't right but didn't care or didn't want to be responsible. I have 65k and almost 4 years on my MY2020 and the housing is in great condition.
