remote start not working

Mine had a similar issue for awhile.
after a week, the shop figured it out, one of the active grill shutter fins was stuck and threw intermittent codes when trying to remote start that caused the failed remote start. They went through and cleaned the shutter, I have had no problems since.
The issues at the time were intermittent working remote start and sometimes cycling remote start 2-3 times would remedy the problem.
One of the clues that lead them to the active shutter fins was that the codes kept having to do with temp.
