Hi,

New Explorer ST owner here. I live in the Middle East and just bought a '22 ST from a colleague. I love the car but the inspection company that I paid to look over the car missed an inoperative right rear bumper light. I believe its a fog light and I was searching for an OEM part (to gauge pricing) but I can't find the part listed on any of the American sites. Is this part an overseas (possibly euro spec) item only. I can't find anything about it in the owners manual either. I've included a picture of the operative left side light and the button that turns it on.

Thanks

The US spec ST models just have a reflector in that location. It's not an illuminated lamp on ours.

That is only for euro-spec cars. American cars don’t get that.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I figured as much.

However it seems that there are aftermarket lights available that can be fit in place of the reflectors. I'm assuming that with the wiring and button already installed it'll be an easy install. I'll have a look through the lights mod forum for recommendations.

I believe that is a reflector light but yeah you should be able to find videos on Youtube. Should be easy.

I think you've found the only one for sale on the internet. Only issue is that it's the driver's side light and I need the passengers side. But thanks anyway.

Most of the aftermarket lights seem to be built to wire into the brake and turn lights and work along with. With these euro spec cars we have the dedicated rear fog light button. I wonder if it's ok to wire them into that circuit. The image in the ebay listing shows a three pin socket for easy connection which the after market lights don't seem to have.
