Just wanted to make this quick post about the company as a whole. (Feel free to move this topic if it’s in the wrong spot)

I had something rattling in the mid muffler of my Thermal 2.5in exhaust. I called them and explained what was going on, and they told me to come by their shop which was located near me. I show up and meet the guy who I talked to on the phone and he took my car in and they swapped my mid muffler no problem. As that was happening I got a free shirt from them which wasn’t needed but an awesome freebie. After they did the swap I got my car back and began to drive off but I noticed like a rubbing sound so I brought it back and I inadvertently was explaining my issue to the owner of thermal. He put jumped in my car to see if we could recreate the issue on a short test drive, we did. I brought I back to the shop and he threw it up on the lift and he himself adjusted one of the pipes that was rubbing.

TL:dr, Thermal is an awesome company and I will highly recommend them in the future for anyone.

The pics are after I left the garage on the Angeles Forest Highway and the shirt I got

That’s awesome. Refershing to see a company like that, as well as customers applauding them for that.

That's cool. This is my second Thermal (had one on a 2.0 turbo Accord in 2018), and they make a nice exhaust. When I saw it was the ST go to, I didn't even hesitate to buy again.

This was all on my own. Not paid by them at all!

I had the AWE exhaust and it was just a tad too loud for my personally. So I went with the thermal 2.5in and that was perfect

Dpratt202,

No, no, I'm not saying Thermal R&D was involved other than making an excellent product that you, 202FordRaptor, and Gadgtfreek have installed and heartily recommend, making the pressure for me to conform (bordering on coercion!?) and put a Thermal on my ST is very hard to resist. :D
