Depending on the injector size, you would be able to run e85 on a stock turbo setup and keep the HPFP at I optimal operating range.
Upgraded turbo setups would be a different ball game, you might have to upgrade the HPFP atleast 1 step above stock, run 6 1300cc or maybe 6 1600cc injectors to be able to run e85..
