Who has received a $250 Gift Card from Ford?

I got the same thing last week. Was surprised as my issues were kind of minor compared to what some others have had.

What problems are present that would promt Ford too do this?

Good question…. I only had the passenger side wheel bearing replaced due to grease leakage and a drivers side mirror replaced as the mirror motor would bind up and not adjust.
Oh, and the window switches for chrome flaking off

seems odd to be gifted 250 bucks for what could be called 'minor' issues.... id take mine in too the dealer for that amount lol

Elena Ford has a problem with Alcohol, this could be a mistake by Ford.
