What’s this Button Do?

Guys and Girls,

I found this button in a depression to the left of my rearview mirror and have no idea what it is. I went through the owners manual but trouble is, I can’t find it anywhere.

Any idea what it is?

Ah that explains why it has louvers/
is ventilated!
