Just remember getting away with a larger diameter than factory on stock springs only works if you are not compressing the spring enough, especially while turning, to make contact.
Example: I had a friend who thought it was cute running a larger diameter wheel/tire setup to "fill in the wheel wells". He then proceeded to enter his driveway and with the wheel turned then compressing on the curb, made contact with the front fender making for some decent damage. This gets even more dangerous when people cut bump stops.
Unless a vehicle has been tested (remove/compress spring and run wheel at full compression and make full sweep of the wheel) I won't run anything over a factory diameter.
