What grade of gas do you put in your ST?

I use 93

We only have 91 and 94 here, 94 is pointless without a tune so used 91 since bought new. Pretty much all my Ford Performance vehicles (including my '24 F-150 Raptor) is running premium, always.

93 although I ran 87 for a year or so when I first bought the car. 2020 with 53k and not tuned yet

93, I ran 87 for about 9 months and then switched back to 93.

In sport mode i can outrun almost any car on the road. And for sure snow handling is amazing

Dealers aren't really the most reliable when it comes to technical advice. Regardless, the topic of fuel is in the owners manual.

Really it's the yellow highlighted section that folks are debating here regarding a stock, untuned ST. On a 95 degree humid day, if you are towing something, it might be best to have 91+ in the tank.

93. Have run that in my last 6 cars. 4 ecoboosts and 2 coyotes (all 6 were tuned). Wife's Lincoln got 93, and now her Porsche does too.

This always amazed me with “performance” vehicles. Saw it in the mustang forum too. You bought a performance vehicle and people hand wring about not running the highest octane you can get to get the most HP you can. I’ll never understand it.
